Production & Investment Details
Taxes & Booking: All rates are subject to 21% IVA. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your production dates.
Included Travel: Travel is fully included for any location within a 100 km radius of Móra la Nova.
Extended Travel: For locations beyond the 100 km radius, driving travel is charged at €0.30 per km (calculated round-trip for the excess distance) plus tolls. If driving is not viable, the client covers economy flights/trains and rental transport. Travel costs are pro-rated if your project aligns with an existing travel itinerary.
Accommodation & Distance Rules: Suitable hotel lodging must be arranged and covered by the client for all projects outside of Catalunya, or any shoot requiring more than 3 hours of travel time each way.
Long-Distance Sessions: For locations requiring more than 3 hours of travel each way, we require a minimum booking of our 6-hour Commercial Content Vault or a multi-day campaign. If you explicitly require a shorter 3-hour session, a flat €300 Travel Day Fee will be applied to cover the dedicated driving days.
Delivery: Your fully color-graded, high-volume digital library will be delivered via a private gallery within 2 to 3 weeks after production.
Usage Rights: Rates include full digital commercial usage rights for your brand's website, social media feeds, and digital ad channels.
